MEET THE LEADERS
In 1996 architect Peter Polhemus and Cape Cod builder Leonard Savery partnered to create a full service design-build firm. Uniting creative architectural design and beautifully crafted construction, they sought to bring a new level of sophistication to the design-build process. Architect John DaSilva, A.I.A. joined their firm in 1998 and was made Design Principal in 2000. Builder Aaron Polhemus is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.
Today, Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects Builders has designed and built numerous residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout Cape Cod and southeastern New England. Our firm’s work has received national award recognition from the American Institute of Architects and the Design Build Institute of America, among others, and has been featured extensively in national and regional publications.
Providing memorable architectural design and quality construction, our staff comprises more than 25 people and includes licensed architects, LEED Accredited Professionals, designers, construction supervisors, carpenters, and field personnel. Our professional and experienced team is complemented with select consultants and subcontractors to deliver a unique single source for design-build projects expressly tailored to our clients’ specifications.
