Full Property Renovation

A well-known local talk show host and long-standing client of FBN wanted a total renovation to this historic Lincoln home and property. Working within guidelines of the Lincoln Historical Society, a carriage house was built in the footprint of the old garage, with a state-of-the-art recording studio atop a new two-car garage. A sunroom and deck were built off the main house, and beautified with new landscaping.
