Karnig Ostayan, co-founder and principal of Phoenix Construction Group, comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has founded and successfully grown several companies. At Phoenix, he oversees strategic growth, sales, and marketing. And, he’s been instrumental in the company’s emphasis on high-level customer service. Ostayan graduated from Bentley College, with a concentration in real estate finance and information technology. His portfolio includes large-scale real estate development, primarily projects of 100-plus units, and his expertise in structural building technology allows him to take on challenging projects. Ostayan is committed to being environmentally conscious and Energy-Star rated, and keeps informed on the latest “green’’ building technologies.
Dani Chedid, also a co-founder and principal of Phoenix, is responsible for resource planning, with direct control of finances, contracts, and field operations and processes. He has a degree in engineering studies from Northeastern University. His experience includes managing large-scale construction projects and building executive homes in developing countries. And, his knowledge of project management and client services comes from working with Fortune 100 companies. His clients have included World Bank, the United Nations, and AT&T. Chedid’s focus is building long-lasting relationships with clients, placing their needs first. A third-generation building professional, he is an active member of the Builders Association of Greater Boston and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
