The Pinehills Media Day: June 16

The Pinehills, a luxury residential development in the Pine Hills region of Plymouth, hosted a special online media day on Tuesday June 16. As part of the day, visitors got to meet numerous members of the Pinehills staff, including Tony Green, managing partner; and John Judge, president. At “The Summerhouse” – a comfortable little home with a sweeping view of the rolling Pine Hills – visitors were given a history of the area and the development. To say The Pinehills is a unique community would be an understatement.
Of the 3,000-plus acres of the land, only about 1,000 of them will be built, and on the highest elevation, to give each home a view. “Preserving open space and nestling homes into the trees for a ton of privacy,” is how Tony Green describes the placement process. Each neighborhood of the Pinehills is its own unique style and entity. Nine different builders are responsible for all the work done on premises, each with its own unique style, and this is quite apparent with a visit to each different community.
The conveniences, stylistic differences, and the distinctive sense of community is what makes The Pinehills what they are. Although its located right off of Route 3, you would never be able to tell, and as they say, “there is a lot going on behind these pines.”
