Home Buyer Tax Credit Back With Changes
The $8,000 first-time buyer tax is available again, but this time it’ coming with a cost. Buyers are unable to e-file their taxes if they are looking for cash, and the delays are long, but the money will still come. Anyone who purchased a home after November 6 was unable to claim the refund because the Internal Revenue Service had yet to release a new form and instructions. Recently the form was added, and buyers can now file for the credit once again.
