Home Prices Lowest Since 2002

In February, home prices hit the lowest mark that they’ve seen since in the post-housing bubble era. The S&P/Case-Shiller home price index of 20 cities recorded a decline of 3.5% from a year before, according to the CNNMoney article. These are prices that have not been seen since November of 2002. A spokesman for S&P said in the article that nine housing markets have hit post-bubble lows. These markets included Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Las Vegas and New York.
