All of these homes sold for more than $7 million; the most expensive home having sold for $12.68 million in Lenox, Mass. This luxury mansion, with almost three acres of land and 20,000 square feet of living space, is located in the affluent town of Weston. With 6 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and 9 fireplaces, this home sold for $10 million, making it the fourth most expensive home sold in Massachusetts in 2008.
